Porte du Chateau

Interior design

Interior design and renovation - house.

The Porte du Chateau project entailed the meticulous renovation of a quaint 100m2 village house nestled in the heart of Aubonne medieval village. Purchased by a couple longing to transform it into their ideal family sanctuary, the interior, characterized by its outdated state, underwent a complete rejuvenation. Our mission was clear: to craft a cozy and inviting home infused with a unique blend of 'old-world' charm and industrial chic aesthetics.

To achieve this vision, we embarked on a comprehensive journey of space planning, material selection, and interior decoration. Emphasizing warmth and authenticity, natural materials such as wood and natural stones were strategically integrated. The old appearance stone walls were meticulously designed to evoke a sense of vintage allure, perfectly complemented by accents of black metal and concrete walls that added a contemporary industrial edge.

Every detail in this project was thoughtfully curated to ensure coherence and harmony across all elements, from the carefully chosen furniture pieces to the selection of decorative accessories. This approach not only enhanced the visual appeal of the space but also created a functional and comfortable environment conducive to family life.

The Porte du Chateau project stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence in interior design, where every aspect of the renovation was guided by the clients' vision of creating a home that reflects their personality and lifestyle. It's a space that seamlessly blends the charm of its historical surroundings with the modern comforts essential for contemporary living.
